MD 295 (Russell St) is one of the significant gateway freeways and expressway routes to Baltimore City.
The rehabilitation project is 0.23 miles long and includes ramps, a concrete road from the Russell St Viaduct to Waterview Ave, and a 1.05-mile-long asphalt road from Waterview Avenue to City Line.
The project is part of the Baltimore City Department of Transportation’s effort to improve road conditions, traffic safety, and transit connectivity.
Public Meetings
A public meeting is scheduled for Aug 20th, at 5:30p at the Westport Boys and Girls Club, 2343 Norfolk St, Baltimore, MD 21230.
We will discuss concrete repairs, paving, storm drain inlets and pipes, new signing and pavement markings, detours, and LED lighting fixture upgrades.
