Water Transit Strategic Plan Maps

Ridership on Harbor Connector Route 2 (HC2) has been very low, averaging about 209 rides per day, compared to 832 rides per day on HC1 and 378 rides per day on HC3. To improve efficiency of the service, BCDOT is proposing that HC2 will operate from 6:45 to 10:10 a.m. running from Canton to Locust Point to Maritime Park to Canton every 45 minutes with no HC2 service running between 10:10 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. and PM service running in the opposite direction.

HC2 is proposed to operate from 3:40 to 7:50 p.m. running from Maritime Park to Locust Point to Canton to Maritime Park.
